Worden Block is the latest turn on the last century historic building in Ypsilanti to be updated for modern-day amenities. Now is the time to take advantage of significant rate cuts on the 10,000+ square feet of office space that includes Internet, furniture, and appliances.

Suites are move in ready. There are a total of four suites, on two floors. Same-floor suites can be joined together for even greater savings. Shorter term leases are available for startups or businesses looking to reboot on a downsized budget.

There are seven public lots within 2 blocks, two of which allow employee permitted parking at $300 per year. All lots are free after 6:30 and on weekends. Street parking for short term use also available.
